The year 2024 was very important and marked a relevant phase in Geoscan’s history, so Eduardo Capelo, the company’s commercial director, and Caio Jucá, the company’s CEO, decided to share a little about the lessons learned and reflections from 2024 and the expectations for 2025. Check it out below:

“As we say goodbye to 2024, a year of great learning and evolution, it is time to reflect on the path taken and renew our energies for the cycle that is beginning.
This was a year of many challenges and victories for Geoscan. We achieved important milestones by consolidating our methodologies in the market and, as a result, we matured internally, adjusting our processes and clearly aligning the steps we will take in the coming years. For our leaders, both at the first and second levels, 2024 represented a period of profound professional maturation and redefinition of values and practices.
Today, we end the year with a sense of duty accomplished, but with an open mind and a heart ready to embrace the changes that 2025 will bring us.
I would like to express our immense gratitude to the Geoscan team. Each of you has contributed with dedication, transforming each day into an opportunity to make a difference, each project into a masterpiece, and each delivery into a milestone of excellence.

“We are reaching the final stretch of 2024. This has been a year of great struggle, a year of great growth. Over the course of the days, we have noticed a substantial increase in the professionalism of the Brazilian mineral exploration sector.
Demands have increased, market needs have increased and Geoscan has been adapting to these needs, learning daily from the experiences acquired and from the continuous and growing training of its employees and directors. We have noticed that there is a growing search and interest in investment in Brazil.
Countries like Canada and Australia, major leaders in the global mining sector, are focusing their eyes on us and our wealth. More demands mean more opportunities for growth. This is just the beginning.
There is a huge subsequent chain bubbling away and giving signs of the paths that lie ahead: logistics, industry, infrastructure and services.
The economy that revolves around this universe is pulsating. Figures from 2023 and 2024 brilliantly presented by IBRAM in its market reports point to a promising path.
Geoscan has been preparing for this. We are ready. We feel ready. We will once again “roll up our sleeves” in 2025 to bring the best efficiency and best quality to the market. We will bring more technology. We are confident.
